- ½ cup margarine (room temp)
- 1½ cup sugar
- ½ cup milk (room temp)
- 2 eggs (room temp)
- 2¼ cups flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 2½ cups blueberries
- Cinnamon sugar mixture
- Combine first four ingredients and mix well.
- Add dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Fold in blueberries by hand.
- Place mixture in 12 muffin cups.
- Sprinkle tops with cinnamon sugar.
- Bake at 375 for 25 to 30 minutes until done.
